The Tampa Bay History Center is a wonderful museum dedicated to the past and current history of Florida offering permanent and temporary exhibits. These multifaceted exhibits cover both the 10,000 years history of Native Americans as well as the past 500 years of the explorers and settlers. The museum includes thousands of maps and navigational charts.

There is a wide selection of fun things to do in Tampa Bay. The area has a diverse population and variety of activities designed to please visitors of all ages and interests. Plan at least a few days to relax on the beach, visit Ybor, Busch Gardens or Museums. The City of Tampa Bay has so much to explore you may want to make a second trip!
