Beaches of Jensen Beach
Jensen Beaches Are The Hidden Gem In This Tiny Town
Jensen beach is blessed with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The barrier island of Hutchinson Island stretches through Martin county. Jensen Beach shares the northern part while the city of Stuart oversees the southern portion. Hutchinson island extends through 3 counties including Indian River, St Lucie, and Martin. The part of Hutchinson Island in Martin County is unincorporated. However, the post offices in Jensen Beach and Stuart serve the north and south parts of the island accordingly. All beaches on Hutchinson Island are less crowded than most other beaches on the East Coast of Florida. The name Hutchinson Island is a synonym for untouched preserves, parks, and gorgeous beaches.
Two of the beaches in Martin County are Sea Turtle Beach in Jensen Beach and Stuart Beach. Another popular beach in the area is Bathtub Beach. The name derives from the unusually calm waters at this beach. The rock formation offshore breaks the waves before they arrive at the beach. There are many other beaches in the area as well with ample parking and easy beach access. The secluded beaches of Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island are just the beginning of what awaits visitors to the area. Experiencing the magnificent sunsets on Hutchinson Island will be an unforgettable memory for any visitor.
