Bing’s Landing is an 8-acre Intracoastal Waterway park in Flagler County, Florida. It is also home to a boat ramp. The aforementioned boat ramp has two handicap-accessible spots. In addition to the boat launch, Bing’s Landing features a restaurant and several other amenities. This 8-acre Intracoastal Waterway site was once part of a plantation called MalaCompra. Brigadier General Joseph Hernandez acquired it in 1816 for a paltry $1,500. Today, it is a historic park.

It is worth a visit for the perks, which include a nice boat launch. One of the more impressive things about this particular park is that it is free to the public.

Florida Agricultural Museum – Palm Coast, Florida

The Florida Agricultural Museum is a 460 acres historical area dedicated to the story of Florida’s rural life and agricultural past. Located in Palm Coast, the museum is housed in a restored pioneer homestead including a citrus complex. Visitors can experience the 1930s citrus operation in the 5 citrus buildings.

There are a number of programs at the Florida Agricultural Museum, including archaeology, the Timucua Indians, and Florida Cracker pioneers. They also offer a 1/8-scale model train and horseback trail rides. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday. Admission was $8 when we visited the museum. It has an onsite gift shop and is located in the heart of Flagler County. Visitors can take guided tours of the museum. Tractor-pulled trams are used to guide visitors to the areas of the museum. Each tour lasts about 90 minutes to two hours.

During harvest season, the Florida Agricultural Museum is a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can take a ride on an antique tractor pulled by a trained tour guide. This is a fun way to learn about the history of agriculture in Florida.

Town Center at Palm Coast, Florida

Another of the Town Center’s attractions is the Retreat at Town Center. This home community features three different designs and a variety of sizes and styles. Each design offers a unique set of features. From two to three bedrooms, the homes range in size from 1788 to 2497 square feet.

They began by building infrastructure and roads and marketing the land to urban residents in the Midwest and the North.

Eventually, the company built a golf course, a resort hotel, a tennis center, and a marina. These features were all part of the model environmental community that the ITT corporation developed.
